By selecting free shipping at checkout, you’ll receive your package within an estimated 3–7 business days, with no additional payment upon delivery and no customs fees.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday — the next available business day.

If the shipping address corresponds to a business location or a place not identifiable as a private residence, please specify in the shipping details that delivery must take place at this business, in addition to providing the recipient’s full name.
If the order was placed under a different name, please include in the shipping details the surname shown on the intercom of the address where the package should be delivered.
A reshipping fee also applies if the courier is unable to locate the address due to errors or incomplete information in the shipping details.
