Your order is not confirmed until we communicate our acceptance. Before accepting an order we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Royal Honey may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
4) PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. 5) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are transferred to the carrier.

Royal Honey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases in our Store are made directly with Royal Honey. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Royal Honey, including any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions you make with Royal Honey.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims; failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
